Abstract:The construct using inverted repeat sequences of the coat protein gene of TuMV was designed,and introduced into Sijiucaixin via Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation system.13 positive transformants were obtained through PCR analysis.The transgenic efficiency was up to 2 %.
