Abstract:Hydroponics was adopted to study the effects of different kinds of exogenous polyamine on the height of plant,the length and width of leaf,the length of root,fresh and dry weight of cucumber seedlings under salt stress.The results showed that under 50 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress,the height of plant significantly decreased on the first day,the length and width of leaf significantly reduced on the third day,and the length of root,fresh and dry weight significantly decreased on the seventh day.The inhibition effect o...
