Abstract：QTL analysis was conducted for leafy morphological traits including leave length,stem-less leaves length,petiolate leaves length,leaf width,petiole length and petiole width in a Brassica rapa DH population and a gengtic linkage map which had 287 markers.The results showed that twelve QTLs located on four linkage groups were detected,including three for leaf length,two for stemless leaves length,two for petiolate leaves length,one for leaf width,two for petiole length,and two for petiole width.The variation explained ranged from 7.5 % to 18.9 %.QTL analysis found that the QTL of leaf length and petiole length,leaf width and petiole width were co-localized.
