Abstract ‘Xintian No.1’ is a new muskmelon F1 hybrid developed by crossing 2 inbreed lines TM-98-07 as female parent and TF-97-112 as male parent．It is of mid-early maturity. Its growth period takes about 85 to 120 days. The fruit development period is about 33 days. It has strong growth vigor. It has resistance to ZYMV and powdery mildew，mid-resistance to Fusarium wilt．Its fruits are of round shape with white skin. Its flesh is orange in color and the thickness is 3.5-4.0 cm. Its soluble sugar content is 16.0%-18.5% and has a little gradient between its center and fringe. The average single fruit weight is 1.8 kg. It can yield 52.5-60.0 t·hm-2. It is suitable for open field and protected cultivation in Henan Province.
