Abstract Seventeen common fungicides were chosen to screen the effectiveness of cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)against Fusarium wilt in vitro and in vivo. The results of antibacterial activity assay in vitro showed that the antibacterial activity of hexaconazole, flusilazole, myclobutanil, ziram, thiram, mancozeb, pyrimethanil, thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim was higher, and the inhibition rate in vitro was between 69.61 %-100.00 %. Potted test in vivo showed that the anti-effect of azoxystrobin, kresoxim-methyl, enestroburin, pyrimethanil, carbendazim, thiophanate-methyl was between 61.50 %-95.90 %, which can be used as soil treatment agent for controlling cucumber Fusarium wilt.
