Abstract Sanyuanxiawang is a new Chinese Cabbage F1 hybrid developed by crossing two good self - incompatible varieties introduced from Taiwan and Beijing. It takes 55-60 days from sowing to harvest. The F1 hybrid is tolerance to heat,high resistant to virus,downy mildew and soft rot with average net yield of 43.2 -49.4 t·hm-2. The leaf head is tubby in shape with light green color,less hair and good quality. It has been extended to Shandong,Henan,Yunnan,Guizhuo,etc.
