Abstract Ziyang Changqie is a new F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred line 6B029 as female parent with inbred line H91-26-8 as male parent. It grows vigorously and is resistant to diseases. Its fruit is 30-35 cm long and 4-6 cm in diameter,the average fruit weight is 0.3 -0.4kg. It yields 105 t ·hm-2.
