Abstract On the basis of three years research work,the results showed that the seasonal and diurnal variation of CO 2 concentration in solar lean to greenhouse was obvious during the cucumber growth. CO 2 concentration was higher in November and March and lower in May. The pattern of diurnal variation of CO 2 concentration among seasons was similar,decreased with the increasing of photosynthetic and reached the lowest at 12:00-14:00 PM,then increased with the decreasing of photosynthesis.
