Abstract Hierarchical cluster analysis was conducted after observation of four nutritional quality characters and 9 agronomic of twenty germplasm of Zizania caduciflora. The cluster analysis can effectively distinguish between single cropping Zizania caduciflora and double cropping Zizania caduciflora. Double cropping Zizania caduciflora cultivars were inferior to single cropping Zizania caduciflora ,and early mature cultivars were inferior to late mature ones on quality characters.
