Abstract Field observation and artificial inoculation of tomato Fusarium wilt were conducted on 82 accesions of materials,Among them 5 F 1s were resistant to the Fusarium wilt. By Pedigree method,improved disease resistant stocks 121 and 128 were developed. These two stocks showed good grafting affinity,high disease resistance to Fusarium wilt (disease index was 0) and Tomato southern bacterial wilt (disease incidence was 16.67% 23.08% ,while CK was 68.42%).
