Abstract: Field observation and artificial inoculation of tomato Fusarium wilt were conducted on 82 accesions of materials,Among them 5 F 1s were resistant to the Fusarium wilt. By Pedigree method,improved disease resistant stocks 121 and 128 were developed. These two stocks showed good grafting affinity,high disease resistance to Fusarium wilt (disease index was 0) and Tomato southern bacterial wilt (disease incidence was 16.67% 23.08% ,while CK was 68.42%). 摘要: 利用从国外引进的17份和本所的65份番茄育种材料,经田间观察和人工接种鉴定,筛选出5份抗枯萎病的一代杂种,并经系谱法选择,选出121和128优良抗病砧木,经多代抗病性人工接种鉴定和嫁接苗接种比较,表现亲和力好,高抗枯萎病(病情指数为0),同时兼抗青枯病(发病率16.67%~23.08%,对照为68.42%)。用以上砧木与不同品种嫁接,嫁接苗均表现抗病、丰产,增产率达18.95%~50%,品质也有所提高。
