马铃薯高淀粉资源田间抗盐鉴定

Abstract: The experiment was conducted in three types of saline soils to evaluate the tolerance to sulinity in potato varieties with high starch content. Varieties showed significant difference in growth and yield. The salinity susceptible varieties had poor emergence,retarded growth,low yield while salt tolerating varieties showed vigorous growth after emerging and high yield. The best performance varieties were Kexin 12,Ke 96HY 32 and Dianella.

摘要: 采用轻盐化土、重盐化土和盐土3组设计,对马铃薯高淀粉品种(系)进行适应性鉴定。结果表明,品种(系)间差异极显著,抗(耐)盐弱的品种(系)出苗较晚,长势也弱,单株产量和干物质降幅大,而抗(耐)盐较强的品种出苗早,苗势强,产量稳定;同时,处理间的产量差异也极显著,轻度盐渍土的产量明显高于重盐渍土的。经筛选,确定克新12号,克96HY32和迪涅拉3份材料为抗(耐)盐高淀粉材料
