Abstract Polymorphism was analyzed in 33 inbred lines of cabbage by using an extended random primer amplified DNA (ERPAD) marker EPT11 900 linked to a dominant male sterile gene in cabbage. The results indicated that EPT11 900 mainly distributed among inbred lines with early maturity and rarely existed in inbred lines with chicken-hearted head or late flat head. It was feasible to employ EPT11 900 in marker assisted transgression of Ms gene to most lines with late maturity or with chicken-hearted head...
