Abstract The effect of low temperature on isoenzymic zymogram of peroxidase (POD),esterase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) during seedling stage and florescence was studied. The results show that,the reaction of SOD,POD and esteras e to low temperature was different,the sensitivity of POD and esterase to temperature was higher than that of SOD,and lower in florescence than in seedling stage.
