Abstract Efficiency of hybridization of three pollination methods in bean was compared in greenhouse and plastichouse. The results show that protruding stigam without emasculation was the best in terms of hybridization percentage and number of seed set. More pads and seeds were obtained in greenhouse than that in plastichouse.
