Abstract: The space pattern of Maruca testulalis Geyer larvae was negative binominal distribution. According to the features and the statistical analysis of different kinds of sampling methods, it was concluded that the best sampling method was the Z type sampling.
摘要: 对豇豆荚螟幼虫的田间分布进行了理论拟合验算,确定该幼虫的田间分布为负二项式分布,根据负二项式分布的特点,设计了相应的3种抽样方法,棋盘式、Z字形和V字形。并将3种方法进行准确度检验,检验结果表明,Z字形抽样法代表性强,样本在田间分布合理,本试验还用序贯抽样法确定了田间调查时,平均样本量为98蔸,同时计算出了防治豇豆荚螟的田间密度指标的拒绝与接收的方程式,以及从计算的期望抽样数En得知,田间最大抽样数为138蔸。
