Abstract: Promotive effects of choline chloride (CC) on cotyledon growth and adventitious root emergence in hypocotyl cut from 7d seedlings of Cucumis sativus were observed under controlled conditions. CC greatly made etiolated cotyledons greening at 70μmol/ L, expanding in area and inreasing in fresh and dry weights at 50 ̄ 400mg/ L. It was also obvious that CC at 100μmol / L could stimulate adventitious root differentiation in down end of hypocotyls when the cotyledon-hypocotyl segment was used as exprimental system...
摘要: 以7日龄黄化黄瓜幼苗为材料,在控制条件下分别观察到70μmol/L氯化胆碱(CC)显著促进离体子叶转绿;50~400mg/L的CC显著促进离体子叶叶面积扩大,对离体子叶鲜重及干重增加也有促进效应,并观察到100μmol/L的CC能促进子叶──下胚轴切段上的不定根分化。
