Abstract The segregating population was developed from a cross between a resistance Chinese cabbage（Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis）339 and the susceptible 332. The molecular marker techniques SRAP and bulked segregation analysis（BSA）were used to screen markers linked to the disease resistance genes. Among the 672 primer combinations, BMe10CO11 showed polymorphism between bulks of resistance and susceptible. The distance of BMe10CO11 was 11.4 cM.
