Primary Studies about Root Exudates from Different Wheat Cultivars on Cucumber Allelopathy

不同品系小麦根系分泌物对黄瓜化感作用的初步研究

Abstract: Taking 40 wheat cultivars in Heilongjiang Province as donor and‘Jinyou No.1’cucumber(Cucumis sativus L?)as accepter, allelopathy of root exudates from different wheat cultivars on cucumber seedlings were investigated in petri dish experiment. Results showed that different wheat cultivars had different allelopathy on cucumber germination rate, radicle length, radicle and shoot fresh weight. Judging from synthesize effect(SE)value,‘Longfu 04-0348’had the most significant stimulatory effect, and‘Longfu 17’had the most significant inhibitory effect, their SE values were -15.37 % and 7.76 %, respectively.

摘要: 以黑龙江省40个小麦品系为供体,以黄瓜品种津优1号为受体,采用培养皿滤纸生物测试法,初步研究了不同品系小麦根系分泌物对黄瓜幼苗的化感作用。结果表明:不同品系小麦根系分泌物对黄瓜种子发芽率、幼苗根长、胚轴长及幼苗鲜质量的影响存在差异。由综合效应(SE)可以看出,龙辐04-0348对黄瓜幼苗的化感促进作用最强,龙辐17化感抑制作用最强,综合化感效应分别为-15.37 %和7.76 %。
