Abstract This experiment used‘Longjiao No.3’as testing material，cultivated it in greenhouse for the long season，and took soil cultivation as the CK．This paper studied the effects of 4 kinds compound substrates ratio of mushroom residue on pepper（Capsicum annuum L.）growth，yield and quality in greenhouse．The results showed that pepper grew stronger with higher yield and better quality with the substrate ratio of 15 mushroom residue，6 sheep manure，8 slag and 6 fine sand．
