Abstract Agronomic traits investigation and POD isozyme analysis in new tape of cytoplasmic male sterility of Brassica napus L.(EruCMS),Hongcaitai〔Brassica campestris L. ssp.chinensis(L.)Makino var.utilis Tsen et Lee〕maintainer line and their hybrid dysgenesis were carried out.The results showed that there were no differences in plant forms of the three,but there were very significantly differences in floral organ traits.Flower and flower bud were the organs with the largest differences among the 3 lines in POD bands and POD activity|while leaf,young stem and petioles had no distinctive differences.
