Abstract The control efficiency of less Chlorpyrifos than conventional dosage mixed with Beichuang synergist in controlling Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang was evaluated in the field．The results showed that the control efficiency of the mixture containing 14% of Beichuang synergist and 30%-40% less Chlorpyrifos than conventional dosage in against Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang was 98.46% to 97.50%．The control efficiency was corresponding to that of 48% Chlorpyrifos conventional dosage．
