Distribution of S-haplotypes in Cabbage F1 Hybrid

甘蓝一代杂种S 单元型的分布

Abstract: DNA fragments corresponding to kinase domain of S locus kinase( SRK) gene were
amplified by PCR with 3 pairs of specific primers in all of the 23 cabbage(Brassica oleracea L. var.
capitata L.) F1 hybrids.The S haplotypes of cabbage F1 hybrid were preliminary identified via DNA
sequencing and Blast analysis.The results indicated that 11 S haplotypes were found in cabbage F1
hybrid,including class Ⅰ haplotypes,S7,S16,S28,S35,S45,S57,S68 and an unknown one
named Sn,and class Ⅱ haplotypes S2,S5 and S15.The highest frequency of S haplotyes was S5 with
19.6% and followed by S28 with 17.4% in this study.Compared over 50 S haplotypes in Brassica,the
11 S haplotypes in cabbage F1 hybrid suggests that it is very necessary for exploiting more S haplotypes
in cabbage breeding programs.

摘要: 利用SRK 基因激酶区的3 对特异性引物,对23 份甘蓝一代杂种进行PCR 扩增,经过克隆测
序、Blast 分析初步鉴定甘蓝一代杂种的S 单元型。结果表明:供试23 份材料中共出现了11 个S 单元型,
分别是S7、S16、S28、S35、S45、S57、S68 和未知的Sn 等8 个Ⅰ类S 单元型及S2、S5、S15 等3 个Ⅱ
类S 单元型。其中,Ⅱ类S 单元型的S5 出现频率最高,达到19.6%;其次为Ⅰ类S 单元型的S28,达到
17.4%。相比甘蓝类作物中存在的50 多个S 单元型而言,本试验材料涉及的S 单元型并不多,预示在遗传
育种中利用更多的S 单元型是十分必要的。
