Abstract ‘Guota 102’ is a new hot pepper F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred GMS male
sterility line AB05-111 as female parent and 05-113 as male parent. It is of mid-early maturity．The
commodity fruit is of goat-horn shape with smooth skin．The green mature fruit is green and matured one
is bright red．The fruit is about 14.0 cm in length，2.1 cm in diameter，and 0.2 cm in flesh thickness．
The single fresh fruit weight is 20-25 g，and dehydrated fruit weight is 3.2-4.0 g．It is resistant to TMV，
and middle resistant to CMV．It can yield about 45 t·hm-2 of fresh red fruit，and its dehydrated pepper
yield is 6 t·hm-2．It is suitable for cultivation in open fields in northwest，nor theast and north China.
