Characterization of Soils Bacterial Community Structures in Rhizospheres of Tomatoes Infected with Bacterial Wilt and Its Non-infected Plants |
|
|
Abstract A Polymerase Chain Reaction-Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE)technology was used to analyze the soil bacterial community structure in rhizospheres of tomato infected by bacterial wilt and non-infected plants. The results showed that the indices of diversity(Shannon-Wiener index),richness and evenness of bacterial community in rhizosphere soils of non-infected plants were 2.217,14 and 0.840, respectively. In contrast, the same indices in rhizosphere of tomato infected by bacterial wilt were 1.579,10,0.686(wilting slightly)and 1.571,7,0.807(wilting severely).Meanwhile, the indices of diversity and richness were decreased with the wilting degree of infected plants.
