Abstract ‘Minqie No.6’is a new eggplant F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred line‘HLB107-2-3-1’as female parent and inbred line‘Yanhou-2-1-1’as male parent．It is of mid-early maturity．It takes 48-53 days from field planting to first harvest．The plant grows vigorousely and is of erect type．Its plant is 105 cm in height，95 cm in width．The first flower sets on about the 11th node．The main stem is purple green in color．Its fruit is of strip shape，35 cm in length，4 cm in width．The peel is shining purple red in color，flesh is white-green in color and sepal is purple green in color．The average single fruit weight is 210 g．It has strong successive fruit setting ability．It can yield over 67.5 t · hm-2．It is resistant to bacterial wilt，Verticillium wilt and Fusarium wilt．It is suitable for facility cultivation in Fujian Province．
