Abstract In order to obtain cabbage Ogura CMS interspecific material resistant to clubroot disease and carrying restorer gene, this experiment took cabbage‘Xiangan 366’resistant to clubroot as female parent and Ogura CMS restorer material Brassica napus L.‘N21015’as male parent;carried out distant hybridization combined with embryo rescue. Then the interspecific hybrids were obtained. The results of clubroot resistance phenotypic identification and molecular marker identification showed that hybrid F1 was immune to clubroot disease, and had the maternal clubroot resistance gene and paternal Ogura CMS restorer gene. After artificially induced chromosome doubling, heterohexaploid interspecific hybrids were successfully obtained, and the pollen fertility rate was 78.46%.
