Abstract RT-PCR detection was carried out on suspected viral disease samples collected from Honghe,Yunnan Province,Yinchuan,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Shunyi,Beijing,by using 3 pairs of specific primers for Tomato brown rugose fruit virus(ToBRFV).Specific fragments with size as 812 bp,842 bp and 1 053 bp were amplified,respectively.Sequencing and phylogenetic analysis were conducted
on these amplified products.We discovered that ToBRFV isolates from Yunnan,Ningxia and Beijing were clustered on the same branch as ToBRFV isolates from Jordan,Italy and the Netherlands.They were closer relatives.Pathogenic result displayed that after inoculation,tomato plants showed the same symptoms as in the fields.Moreover,ToBRFV was detected in the diseased tissues,indicating that tomato plants collected from Yunnan,Ningxia and Beijing were all infected by ToBRFV.
