黄瓜品质性状遗传育种研究进展

Abstract: In the context of a shift from quantitative expansion to a focus on quality in the cucumber industry,people are increasingly paying attention to the improvement of its quality.Cucumber has high yield with disease resistance and desirable fruit appearance as well as flavor has become an important goal of modern breeding.In this review,we systematically analyzed researches such as genetic analysis,gene mining,molecular markers created and valuation-utilization of high-quality germplasm resources on cucumber quality traits formation.Finally,prospects were made for further study on cucumber quality traits and the cultivation of high-quality cucumber varieties.

摘要: 随着经济发展和消费升级,国内外市场对黄瓜品质特别是风味品质的要求日益提高。在培育高产抗病黄瓜新品种的同时,突出果实外观品质、风味品质已成为黄瓜育种的重要目标。本文主要综述了黄瓜品质性状的遗传分析、基因挖掘、分子标记、优质种质资源评价利用等方面的相关研究,并对进一步开展黄瓜品质性状研究、培育高品质黄瓜品种进行了展望。
