Abstract Abstract:A stable and coordinated supply chain operational system based on anchor enterprises is vitalfor the increase of farmers’ income and industrial efficiency.Using the improved SCOR model,this paperidentified all types of supply chain risks faced by three vegetable cooperatives in Handan city whereafter theirmodes of risk prevention and control are summarized and compared.On this basis,this paper puts forwardsome suggestions:raising awareness of risk control,strengthening standards and regulation of agriculturalinputs,upgrading industrial technology,developing cold chain logistics,enhancing product branding,andestablishing a guarantee mechanism for natural hazard relief,so as to improve the capabilities of vegetablecooperatives for risk management.
