Abstract Soluble protein of Fusarium oxysporium and exoantigen was injected into rabbit as antigen,tiserum with high titer was acquired,and IgG was isolated and purified.Indirect ELISA was established to detect cucumber Fusarium wilt by optimizing ELISA reactive condition.This method could test with very high sensitivity.The test results for specialities showed that besides Fusarium solani(Mart.)App.et Wr.,the IgG didn’t have any cross reaction with other pathogens in cucumber.Owing to the fact that Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporium and root rot by Fusarium solani(Mart.)App.et Wr.use the same pesticide,this method has good practicability and with distinctive effect in the fields.Cucumbers showed early symptom were all detected positive.This means the detection with very high accuracy.
