Abstract: Taking the improved male-sterile line of Korean white radish as the experimental material,the characteristics of growth,blossom and fruiting and the progress of backcross breeding about the VMS01,VMS02,VMS03 and VMS04 were studied.Moreover,we had bred the male-sterile line VMS01-98-16 with early-maturity,VMS03-96-07,VMS03-01-36 and VMS04-01-36 with bolting-resistance and corresponding maintaining lines VL-98-16,VL-96-07,VL01-36.The rates of male-sterile plants all could come to 100 %,flowers unfolded normal...

摘要: 以引进的韩国白萝卜改良型雄性不育系VMS01、VMS02、VMS03、VMS04为材料,研究其生长、开花、结实等习性,并转育出了早熟类型白萝卜不育系VMS01-98-16和耐抽薹大型白萝卜不育系VMS03-96-07、VMS03-01-36、VMS04-01-36及相应的保持系。这些雄性不育系不育株率均达100%,不育株花开放正常,雌蕊和结实情况也基本正常;配制的杂交组合表现出不同的杂种优势,生长势和抗病性明显提高。试验还发现,VMS03和VMS04在温室温度(21±1)℃、湿度60%~70%、晴天光照条件下出现少量正常花粉,有自交结实现象,证明该批不育系的不育度受光照、温度和湿度的影响,是否属于光、温敏感型胞质不育类型需进一步研究。
