摘要： 测定了8种植物不同器官中可溶性糖(以棉子糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖和果糖为代表)和可溶性蛋白质的含量及比例。总体上,测定的18个样品中可溶性蛋白质的含量均高于可溶性糖,可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖比例最大为1627.00,最小为2.71,成熟叶中的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的含量大多高于幼叶。辣椒中西花蓟马主要取食的花器中可溶性蛋白质含量高于叶片。
