Abstract: Under the NaCl stress, the photosynthetic rates of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings dramatically declined. Gs and WUE were also affected by NaCl stress. Pn,Gs and WUE of salt resistance varieties were higher than those of salt sensitive varieties.

摘要: 经NaCl处理后 ,黄瓜幼苗的光合能力急剧下降 ,净光合速率为对照的 40 %左右。盐胁迫后细胞间隙CO2 浓度降低 ,气孔导度与水分利用率也降低。耐盐性强的津优 3号、津春 3号的净光合速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO2 浓度和水分利用率均高于盐敏感的津杂 4号和津春 2号。
