Abstract: The values of GCA, SCA of 5 main quality characters (protein content, total sugar content,length, fruit flesh thickness and fruit dry weight) in pickling cucumber were analyzed. The GCA of protein content, total sugar content, fruit flesh thickness and fruit dry weight of the line ZR22 were high,but that of length was low, which indicated the line ZR22 was a optimum parent for hybridization. 摘要: 采用Griffing方法二 ,对加工类型黄瓜 5个主要品质性状 (果实长度、果肉厚度、果实鲜质量、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性总糖含量 )的一般配合力和特殊配合力进行了研究。结果表明 :ZR2 2的果肉厚度、果实鲜质量、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性总糖含量 4个品质性状的一般配合力均较高 ,而果实长度的一般配合力则较低 ,是杂交育种的理想亲本 ;组合LN11×ZR2 2 5个品质性状的特殊配合力效应值均为正值 ,说明其用于杂种优势育种的可行性比较大。
