Abstract 293 isolates were obtained from rhizosphere soil of pepper. It was found that 5 potential biocontrol spore bacteria showed good antagonistic action on Phytophthora capsici by pairing culture on CAA. The inhibition zone diameter ranged from 8.0 mm to 11.3 mm. The result from the experiment at greenhouse showed that Bn - 130 isolate could effectively control the pepper blight, and the control efficiency reached 64. 7 %. The culture filtrate of Bn - 130 isolate was effective for inhibiting mycelium growth and ...
