Abstract The effects of different concentrations of Cu2+,Zn2+ and Mn2+ nutrient solution on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of cucumber seedling leaves under low temperature were studied.The results showed that Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡ of cucumber seedling leaves could been increased under low temperature when cucumber was treated by high concentrations of Cu2+,Zn2+ and Mn2+.This indicated that the photosynthetic apparatus of cucumber seedling leaves could been enhanced by increasing the concentrations of Cu2+,Zn2+ and Mn2+.
