Under controlled conditions,the responses of cell membrane lipid and antioxidant system of zucchini(Cucubita pepo L.)seedlings to low temperature and weak light stress were investigated.The results indicated that membrane permeability,POD activity and the content of MDA increased,while SOD and CAT activities decreased in leaves of zucchini seedlings as the stress degree increased or the time prolonged.Low temperature stress showed greater influence than weak light on the determined indicators.
