    The effects of low temperature,high temperature,sugar-free,colchicum and mannitol pretreatments on isolated microspore cultivation were studied. The result showed that 4 ℃ and sugar-free pretreatments significantly enhanced the survival rate of isolated microspore for all cultivars.     In order to study conservation technology of lily,the cryopreservation of lily shoot tips by vitrification was studied.     Longjiao No.8 is a processing red hot pepper cultivar with super-early maturity, good marketable characters, strongly hot, high red pigment, resistant to anthracnose and bacterial spot, tolerant to TMV and pepper phytophthora blight.     Jinfanqie No.5 is a new middle-late tomato cultivar developed by crossing inbred line Shandong B6 with F862.Its plant is indeterminate and vigorous. It has big round shaped red fruits with good quality. Average fruit weight is 350 g. It is resistant to TMV and early blight. Its yield is about 90-112 t·hm -2 . It can be well cultivated in open fields.

    Zhongshu No.6 is a new Chinese cabbage F 1 hybrid developed by crossing male-sterility line 98-2-1 with inbred line F-3-2-3 bred from cultivar Fengkang 70 by selfcrossing for many generations. It is high resistant to downy mildew, virus and soft rot. The head is overlapping, round and ovate. It can be harvested in 60-65 days after sowing . The average weight of single head is about 2.0 kg. It yields 60-75 t·hm -2 in South China.

    Zaolukugua is a new bitter gourd F 1 hybrid developed by crossing high female line 812 with inbred line 948. It has early maturity,growing vigorously. The fruit is long conicform, with light green skin, 24-27 cm in length, 5.5- 5.7 cm in diameter, 1.0 cm in thickness of flesh. The average fruit weight is 300 g. The average yield is 52.5 t·hm -2 . It is tolerant to hot and cold climate, middle resistant to fusarium wilt and powdery mildew.

    Longyuanlixiang belongs to early-maturing winter squash, female parent 93-12-8 and male parent 93- 9-7 were both inbred lines which were segregated from Japan and South Korean winter squash variety. It takes 80 days from sowing to harvest. The fruit is oblate with orange flesh, high edible rate, and tastes sweet, soft and floury. Average fruit weight is 2.0 kg. It is middle resistant to powdery mildew and virus.Its yield is over 50 t·hm -2 .

    Lianjiang No.1 is developed by system selection from 6 local varieties. It pods on main vine and blooms at 4th-5th node. The average pod is 72.8 cm in length,with light green color.Its yield is 33 t·hm -2 . It is early-maturing,high resistant to rust and dark mildew, fine character for commodity and is suitable to be cultivated in summer and autumn in the region of Yangtze River.
