    China is a superpower for pepper production and export.Her annual pepper output takes about one-third of the world,ranking first in the world.And her export trade develops rapidly.This paper analyzed the trade structure and scale of pepper product trade in China from 2011 to 2020.The paper also calculated the export competitive power of different types of pepper,using international market occupation rate,trade competition index,revealed comparative advantage index;studied the impact of trade export structure and export international competitive power on Chinese pepper export trade,using CMS model;and revealed the existing problems and limiting factors for pepper export trade.Finally,the paper put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,so as to promote the benign development of Chinese pepper export trade.

    Facility vegetable is the main form of vegetable production in Beijing and plays an important role in ensuring vegetables supply for capital city.This paper summarized the present status of facility vegetable industry in Beijing,and changing trend from 2010 to 2021.The paper also analyzed the problems existed in facility vegetable industry,being facilities,seedling culture,mechanization,technical system,socialized services,employee,etc.;and challenges confronting vegetable self-sufficient,industrial land use,and safety production,etc.The paper suggested to implement facility upgrading project and classified subsidies;promote the socialized service level of facility vegetable industry;increase facilities and equipment;support agricultural machinery research and development;strengthen research on key technologies for green development;and do a good job in pilot work for facility agricultural land use.

    In order to explore the application status and existing problems of green production technology for facility vegetables in Anhui Province,this study selected 105 representative facility vegetable production and management units in main vegetable producing areas from 10 cities of Anhui Province as respondents,and conducted a questionnaire survey.The results showed that all respondents had higher awareness about green production,and the adoption rate of green production technologies such as‘green prevention and control of diseases and insect pests’‘safe soil disinfection’and‘water and fertilizer integrated water-saving irrigation’in the survey area had reached over 88%.However,in actual production and application,there still existed restrictive factors,like unreasonable labor force structure,imperfect technical system and understrength propagate extension,etc.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward:as strengthening scientific and technological innovation,cultivating leading enterprises,increasing financial investment,and improving social service system,etc.

    Crop disease and insect pest is one of the important issue facing agricultural production.It is of important significance to ensure the quality safety of agricultural products and improve economic benefits by rapid and effective identification of crop disease and insect pest.In recent years,the image-based automatic diagnosis technology of crop disease and pest has been widely studied and a series of progress has been made.This paper mainly analyzed the current development status of automatic identification technology for crop disease and pest in China;expounded the key technology and implementation steps of using convolution neural network to establish the identification model of disease and pest;introduced the current mainstream deep learning model algorithms and idea improvement for image recognition;and analyzed the existing technical bottlenecks and development trends,hoping to provide references for the application of image recognition technology in actual production.

    With the development of edible fungi industry in China,slag resource utilization has become an urgent issue to be solved.This paper reviewed the effect of physical and chemical properties of edible fungi residue on physical and chemical properties of cultivated substrate,and ratio utilization of the composite substrate of edible fungi residue in vegetable cultivation,aiming at providing theoretical basis and reference for efficient transformation and utilization of edible fungi residue in vegetable production.

    Genetic variation in 60 main processing tomato inbred lines developed in recent years was analyzed using 137 InDel and one SSR markers.The results show that average genetic distances of these inbred lines were between 0.097 and 0.183.Minimal paired genetic distance was 0.022,while the maximal was 0.272.These 60 inbred lines could be grouped into two or four sub-populations based on structure analysis,which had no obvious association with the traits observed in this study.The range of genetic variation in 60 main inbred lines was narrower than that in 25 inbred lines developed before 2012.

    Fourteen AsaNCED genes were identified from the garlic genome using bioinformatics method.It has been predicted that the number of amino acid was 409-599,protein molecular weight were 46 421.95-67 090.27 Da,and theoretical isoelectric point were 5.48-6.87.Exon number of most genes was 1,and minority of them were 11-12.Among the promoter cis-acting elements,the light response elements,Abscisic acid reaction elements and MeJa reaction regulatory elements have an advantage in quantity.They were widely distributed in different gene family members.At the same time,there were drought-related response elements,defense and stress response elements,wound-responsive elements,and seed-specific regulatory elements.The NCED genes family members had certain variability in different tissues.The transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana was obtained by heterologous overexpression of AsaNCED4,whose plant height was significantly lower than that of the wild type.QRT-PCR analyzed revealed that the AsaNCED4 gene could be induced to be up-regulated by salt stress.

    Taking pakchoi‘Degaosuzhouqing’as a test material,this experiment adopted foliage spray method,and studied the effect of bio-enzyme foliar fertilizer on agronomic characters,pigment content and nutritional quality of pakchoi.The results showed that compared with the contrast spraying pure water,the plant height,divergence,above-ground fresh weight and leaf chlorophyll a,total chlorophyll,total carotenoid,soluble protein,free amino acid,VC and total flavonoid contents in pakchoi sprayed with 50 times thinner enzyme foliar fertilizer diluent were significantly higher,increasing by 9.41%,8.86%,17.06%,6.77%,7.77%,9.41%,70.44%,74.62%,8.05% and 44.58%,respectively.While the lignin content and malondialdehyde content of leaves were significantly lower than those of the contrast.

    In order to select proper concentration of hydrogen sulfide(H2S)suitable for root regeneration and growth of double-root-cutting grafted tomato seedling,this paper took‘Jinzuan’as rootstock and ‘Fendujinguanwang’as scion;and studied the effects of different concentrations of NaHS(0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 mmol · L-1,donor of H2S)solutions on growth and root system morphology of tomato double-rootcutting grafted rootstocks and seedlings.The results showed that seedlings treated with 0.2 mmol · L-1 NaHS all reached the maximum value in plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,dry and fresh single plant weight and regenerative root activity of root-cutting rootstocks;and also significantly increased the endogenous H2S content,activity of D-cysteine desulfhydrase(DCD)of rootstock.Meanwhile,0.2 mmol · L-1 NaHS could notably promote the growth and root system development of double-root-broken tomato grafted seedlings.

    Using RT-PCR methods and simple test strip detection,this study detected pepper pathogenic virus in disease infected samples with symptoms of plant dwarfing,leaf yellowing and growth point necrosis collected from Lanzhou,Baiyin and Qingyang areas of Gansu Province.The results showed that 6 viruses were detected by RT-PCR:chilli ringspot virus(ChiRSV),pepper mild mottle virus(PMMoV),pepper mottle virus(PepMoV),pepper vein yellows virus(PeVYV),tobacco mild green mosaic virus(TMGMV),tomato spotted wilt virus(TSWV).There were multiple virus infection status on the same sample.Simple test strips were used for further detection,only TSWV were detected.But the detection rate was high,indicating that there were many kinds viruses infected in pepper production in Gansu region,and TSWV occurrence was becoming more and more common and serious.

    Taking soil with 20 years pepper continuous cropping as research object,this paper set up 4 treatments,including:returning decompoed corn straw to fields,wheat filling,adding anti-crop biological bacterial fertilizer,weibaimu fumigation and disinfection,etc.;and took pepper continuous cropping soil without any amendment as the contrast.The paper explored the effect of different treatments on composition of soil bacterial community and diversity in pepper continuous cropping soil.The results showed that returning decompoed corn straw to fields,wheat filling,adding anti-crop biological becterial bacterial fertilizer,all had significantly increased Chao1 index and Shannon index.And the diversity index of treatment by adding anti-crop biological bacterial fertilizer was the highest.Different treatments had extremely significant effect on bacterial community structure of pepper continuous cropping soil.At the phylum level,treatments of returning decompoed corn straw to fields and wheat filling had significantly increased the relative abundance Gemmatimonadetes.Treatment of returning decompoed corn straw to fields and weibaimu fumigation and disinfection had significantly increased the relative abundance of Actinobacteria.All these 4 treatments had significantly increased the relative abundance of Verrucomicrobia.Weibaimu fumigation and disinfection treatment had significantly increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes and decreased that of Proteobacteria.At the genus level,4 treatments had significantly increased the relative abundance of Flavisolibacter.Treatments of returning decompoed corn straw to fields,wheat filling and adding anticrop biological bacterial fertilizer had significantly increased the relative abundance of Steroidobacter and Terrimonas.Treatments of returning decompoed corn straw to fields,and wheat filling significantly increased the relative abundance of MND1 and Haliangium.Treatments of returning decompoed corn straw to fields,and adding anti-crop biological bacterial fertilizer had significantly increased the relative abundance of Subgroup_10 and Niastella.The wheat filling treatment had significantly increased the relative abundance of Bacillus.Adding anti-crop biological bacterial fertilizer had significantly increased the relative abundance of SphingomonasPseudomonas,and Streptomyces.To sum up,treatments of returning decompoed corn straw to fields,wheat filling and adding anti-crop biological bacterial fertilizer had better effect,and the effect of weibaimu fumigation and disinfection treatment was the worst.

    Abstract:To explore the tolerance to hot and humid of different ecotype cucumber germplasm,an experiment of normal relative humidity(65%)and high relative humidity(95%)on 3 ecotype cucumber totally 39 cultivars was conducted under normal temperature.Another experiment of different high temperatures on 3 ecotype cucumber totally 6 cultivars was conducted under high relative humidity.The results showed that under normal temperature condition,high relative humidity treatment mainly promoted leaf area and decreased chlorophyll content(SPAD value),and resulted in relative larger differences;but presented less effect on top fresh and dry mass of seedling,compared to normal relative humidity.These differences were significant in cultivars and related to ecotype.Under high humidity condition,38-40 ℃ high temperatures mainly showed positive effects on seedling growth indexes of most cultivars in different ecotypes,while treatments of 44-46 ℃ mainly showed inhibition effects.The leaf area,top dry mass and root dry mass of seedling under 42 ℃ high temperature treatment can better indicate hot tolerance among cultivars.Therefore,42 ℃ /32℃(day/night)+95%(relative humidity)is suggested to be a parameter of temperature and humidity to identify cucumber tolerance to hot and humid.

    Taking cherry tomato as experimental material,this paper studied the changes in sugar and acid contents during cherry tomato fruit development process under different soil saline conditions(CK:0.05%,T1:0.15%,T2:0.30%,T3:0.45%,T4:0.60%);and effect on plant growth.The results showed that the fructose content of cherry tomato fruit at all fruit development stages was higher than that of the contrast under salt stress.While,the glucose content would by and large increase gradually along with the fruit development process and was all higher than that of the contrast after entering color breaking stage.The sucrose content would show a variation trend of first increase and then decrease.Except for T1 at red ripening stage,the sucrose contents of the other treatments were all higher than that of the contrast.The content of citric acid all showed a variation trend of first increase and then decrease.The contents of citric acid in T2 at color change stage and red ripening stage were the highest.Especially at red ripening stage,it was significantly higher than that of the contrast.The content of malic acid showed a variation trend of first decrease and then increase.While,the content of malic acid of the contrast would continue to decrease.The results indicated that salt stress could promote the accumulation of glucose,fructose,sucrose,citric acid,malic acid,etc. substances in cherry tomato fruit.Under low concentration salt stress(0.15% salt content),cherry tomato plant would grow normally,and there was no significant difference in single fruit weight between that of the contrast.But,under high concentration salt stress(0.60% salt content),plant growth was significantly inhibited,and single fruit weight was notably decreased.

    40 conventional strawberry varieties were evaluated for their resistance to Tetranychus urticaeFrankliniella occidentalis and root rot,and the field control effects of 9 insecticides against T. urticae were tested.The results showed that among the 40 strawberry varieties tested,there were 9 varieties with strong comprehensive resistance to insect pests,including‘Black Pearl’‘Red Pearl’‘Hongxing’and‘Zijinzaoyu’,while the varieties with strong resistance to root rot in the field were‘Fengxiang’‘Yuexin’and‘Fenyu’.Field efficacy test results showed that 5% emamectin benzoate microemulsion had the best control effect on T. urticae,and the control efficacy was 87.23% to 98.78% in 1-5 days after treatment,which indicated good rapidity and persistence,it could be recommended for the control of T. urticae in strawberry production.

    ‘Yuefeng No.2’is a new cucumber F1 hybrid of North China type,developed by crossing inbred line‘YX11’as female parent and‘GF4’as male parent.The variety is early maturity.The plant is vigorous,and medium branching.Its fruits are setting on the main and lateral vine.It has successive fruit bearing ability.Its fruit is of long rodlike shape,and the surface of fruit is dark green and shiny with faint yellow stripes.Its fruit is about 35.0 cm in length,3.9 cm in diameter,and 1.1 cm in thickness.The single fruit weigh is about 350 g.The variety is moderately resistant to Fusarium wilt,resistant to downy mildew,highly resistant to powdery mildew,and has good heat resistance.Its average yield can reach 48 t · hm-2.The variety is suitable for spring and autumn cultivation in South China.

    ‘Jianqiang No.4’is a new early maturing cherry tomato F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred line‘TW5-14-3-1-8-9-9-9-10-9-9’as female parent and‘YB4-2-5-7-6-6-8-8-1-6’as male parent.It is of infinite growth type.There are 10-15 fruits per panicle with few split fruits.The fruit is of oval shape.The matured fruit is pink in color and crisp in pulp taste.Its single fruit weight is about 19 g.Its soluble solids content is 7.3%,VC content is 196.8 mg · kg-1,and lycopene content is 210.0 mg · kg-1.It is resistant to CMV,TMV,TYLCV,blight.The output of the variety is about 63 t · hm-2.It is suitable for spring and autumn cultivation in Baise and Guilin areas of Guangxi Province.

    ‘Zhoupilyuyou’is a new pepper F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred line‘DS12-7’as female parent and‘DS11-109’as male parent.It is of early maturity,and its growth period is about 180 days.The plant is about 60-70 cm in height,55-60 cm in width,with strong fruit bearing ability.Its harvesting period is long.The fruit is of flat-topped screw shaped.Its fruit is about 2.5 cm in diameter,14-15 cm in length and 23-25 g in weight.The surface of fruit has many wrinkles.Its tender fruit is dark green,mature fruit is red with good luster.The average yield is about 33.6 t · hm-2.Its resistance to CMV,TMV,Phytophthora blight and anthracnose in the field are stronger than that of the contrast‘Lunanbaopi’.It is suitable for protected areas,open fields in spring,and delayed planting in autumn in Huang-huai-hai ecological region,Guangdong,Guangxi,and Hubei Province,and autumn planting in Hainan Province.

    Abstract:‘Shishu No.4’is a new colorful table potato variety developed by crossing‘Heimeiren’as female parent and‘D-2-5-3’as male parent through sexual hybridization and systematic selection.It is of early maturity.Its growth period is about 72 days.The plant is about 67 cm in height.It is upright type.The branches are in medium quantity.The tuber is of oval shape with purple-black peel and dark purple pulp.The surface of tuber is smooth.Its bud eye is shallow.The average number of potatoes is 4.5 per plant.The tubers are neat.Its stolon is of medium size.The contents of VC and anthocyanin are 135.62 mg · kg-1,1 559.4 mg · kg-1,respectively.The rate of commercial potatoes is more than 90%.Its yield is about 28.5 t · hm-2.Its resistance to early blight and late blight are stronger in fields than that of the contrast‘Heijin′gang’.It is middle resistant to potato black scurf.It is suitable for planting in the second cropping area of Hebei Province.
