品种选育

		‘之豇28-2’豇豆品种的提纯
		之豇２８－２豇豆品种推广应用已７年。１９８７年由１７省（市、区）提供在当地自繁自用多年的之豇２８－２生产种４３份材料，与任选本组多年提纯的１９个林系进行比较，结果自选系果枝着生率平均比返引种高４８．５％，荚条长、粗、重分别高９．０７％、７．６％、１９．７５％。证明高度自花授粉作物的豇豆通过系选对保持种性是有效的。

试验研究

		大白菜内外蕊花粉发芽特性研究初报
		试验采用花粉营养液悬浮培养法对大白菜的５个自交系和４个自交不亲和系的花粉进行了培养，结果发现：１．在对代号为８—８品系进行的１．０、１．５、２．０、３．０、４．０和５．０小时的培养中，外蕊花粉的发芽率及花粉管长度大于２倍花粉粒直径的花粉率分别为：７１．３％、８９．８％、９７．７％、９３．７％、９６．７％、９７．１％和０％、０％、１１．６％、１４．９％、１９．５％、３５．１％，内蕊花粉分别为：４７．８％、６８．８％、７８．９％、８８．８％、８９．５％、８９．２％和０％、０％、０％、０％、１．５％、８．５％。外蕊较内蕊花粉表现出较高的发芽势和花粉管伸长速度。２．经５．０小时培养后，８个品系外蕊的花粉发芽率、７个品系外蕊的花粉管长度大于２倍花粉粒直径的花粉率较内蕊的花粉高。该差异以自交系表现明显。对花粉的发芽特性与雄蕊的关系作了系统分析，认为产生上述差异的原因可能是内、外轮雄蕊的进化程度不同。

品种选育

		~(60)Cor射线处理番茄发芽种子育成新品种501
		本试验通过６０Ｃｏ—ｒ射线不同剂量和剂量率处理番茄发芽的种籽，进行诱变育种，并观察供试材料的敏感性和诱发变异的规律。经过五代选育，已获得中晚熟、丰产、耐病毒（ＴＭＶ）番茄新品种５０１。

		‘80831’裸仁西葫芦的选育
		‘８０８３１’裸仁西葫芦，又称裸仁金瓜，是通过有性杂交选育而成。其种子裸仁，蔓短、生育期短、产量高，又是一种廉价的食品加工原料。它具有早熟、高产、优质、多用途的特点。

		大棚春黄瓜营养纸育苗技术应用研究初报
		当前蔬菜育苗生产上正需开发实用的无土育苗技术，以解决土方育苗上现存的材料缺、管理难、整齐度差等问题。“营养纸育苗”技术独特、方法简便、省料省力。本试验着重考察大棚春季黄瓜栽培应用此项技术的效果。初试表明，采用营养纸育苗技术，容易以较长的苗龄培育带雌花蕾的黄瓜壮苗：其生理活性强，根系突出地旺盛，定植后无须缓苗，生长发育快、抗逆抗病，早熟高产，经济效益显著。有待完善其技术装备，以提高工效，保证营养液温度，稳定育苗质量。在保护地栽培中将具有很高的应用价值。

		番茄电热线育苗苗龄研究
		以大架番茄西农７２—４和特罗皮克品种为试材，研究了电热线加温育苗苗龄对幼苗生长发育、生理生化、定植后开花坐果及产量的影响。结果表明：在４３～６４天苗龄范围内，基本上是随苗龄增长，幼苗茎粗、株高、叶面积及干物质总量增加，抗寒性增强，光合强度及叶中氮含量下降。根系活力与苗龄呈抛物线型关系。苗龄短的幼苗生育速度快，但花期仍落后，果实总产量低。５７天和６４天苗龄幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积、于物质总量、根系活力、光合强度及叶中氮含量均超过常规冷床苗（ｃｋ），抗寒性接近或超过ｃｋ，定植后花期迅速赶上并比ｃｋ提前。５７天和６４天苗龄比４３天苗龄均显著增产，在特罗皮克和西农７２－４品种上分别比其ｃｋ增产３．７～５．５％和４．６～１１．５％。
